Realty Asset Management Inc successfully rezoned this property to be leased by Boise State University as classroom space in 2014 and has enjoyed their Intensive English Program as a tenant since. Realty Asset Management Inc performed the improvements for the occupancy of 11,000 sq. ft for BSU. In 2017, Tricia Callies leased the other 11,000 sq. ft. of the building to St. Luke’s Hospital, bringing the building to full occupancy. Realty Asset Management Inc also completed the improvements for the St. Luke’s lease. Realty Asset Management Inc performs the full complement of management services for the owner and tenants.
