Charleston Place HOA

Dear Charleston Place HOA Members,

The 2020 meeting was cancelled due to Ada County’s directive to move back to Stage 3 of Idaho’s reopening which restricts large, in-person gatherings. We want to ensure that all Charleston Place residents remain safe and the board elected that this was the best decision for everyone’s well-being.

Once Idaho returns to Stage 4 of reopening, the annual meeting will be rescheduled and all members will be provided with notice of a new date and time for the meeting. We strongly urge all members to cast their vote and return their proxy in lieu of attending in person. The proxy you now have is still valid and can be returned anytime prior to the meeting.

Charleston Place HOA is comprised of 380 single family homes inclusive of Carolina Place, Savannah, and Charleston subdivisions.  Located near Five Mile and Victory in South Boise, this neighborhood is beautifully landscaped and maintained.  RAM provides its full menu of HOA services to the members of this outstanding upscale community.  Through effective management, HOA dues to its members are among the lowest in the Treasure Valley.
